Double Honor: Special Merit, Recognition Awards for City Scapes

The GJ Gillespie collage "Circes House" won a Special Merit Award in the Light Space and Time City Scape online competition. The collage was among 80 pieces selected out of 478 entries.

In addition, a second city scape abstract work entitled "Desolation Row" earned a Special Recognition Award.

The art competition began in December 2015 and concluded on January 27, 2016. The gallery received 478 entries from 16 different countries from around the world, including Australia, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, South Africa, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. In addition, the gallery received entries from 26 different states and the District
