Four Gillespie art works are now available at the Ryan James Gallery in Kirkland

"This gallery focuses on contemporary abstract works. It is a perfect fit for my style of art." said Gillespie when James invited him to take part in the gallery's subscription program last year.

"I've admired Ryan and his team for a long time and it is exciting to be a part," he added.

In February one piece
titled "She's Not There" sold and is now in a private collection.

In March four new works were added.

  • "Sign of the Times" is a mixed media collage inspired by sureaslist Arshile Gorky.

     Seattle Oasis show,
     Roslyn Arts Festival
and won an award at a Cascadia Art Museum show in Edmonds.

"Horse Latitudes" is a nautical term that refers to a belt of calm air and sea occurring in both the northern and southern hemispheres between the trade winds and the westerlies. It is also the title of a poem by Jim Morrison of The Doors.
